Hey There
I'm Tiffany and I have been a therapist for just over 5 years. I graduated with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and hit the ground running. I was lucky enough to work in some really great places and learned a lot from those around me. Being a therapist means the world to me and I appreciate each and every client that I work with.
When I am not working, I am at home with my family - who re-located to Ste. Anne, Manitoba almost 4 years ago. I enjoy spending my time with family, friends, and my animals.
I have learned through my own journey how important relationships are and how important it is to take care of yourself.
I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Human Ecology and then graduated with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have worked both in community services with children and youth as well as adults in a small private practice.
I have supported both men and women in challenging situations that arise in life. I have also developed an appreciation (from personal experience) of the struggles that women go through in midlife - family, hormone changes, a sudden unhappiness in life, and not knowing who you are anymore.
