Services and Prices

​​​I offer in-person counselling in Steinbach, Manitoba, as well as online counselling for clients throughout Manitoba. I have experience supporting both men and women, youth, parents, and families through challenging life stages. I am a Circle of Security facilitator and have foundational training in EMDR and trauma-informed therapy.

 

Session fees are often covered by private insurance plans, so I encourage you to check with your insurance provider for specifics. Each individual session is priced at $130.00 per hour or $195.00 for 1.5 hours.
